SPRAYING SYSTEM DEVELOPED FOR HERCULES 20

The benefits of a custom-developed spray system can be further enhanced with the right drone, as we will be able to take advantage of the rotor blade, which will help getting the drops to the right place as quickly as possible. As the rotor blade moves the entire foliage, the spray juice also covers the bottom of the leaves, thus further increasing efficiency.

  • Patch management becomes possible. We only intervene where and when necessary.
  • There is no inaccessible area. In case of heavy rain, muddy and inland water areas are still reachable. A steep slope is also easily accessible in a vineyard.

ADVANTAGES OF CUSTOM DEVELOPED SPRAY SYSTEM

  • The size and quantity of droplets are adjustable.
  • The droplets are 95-100% same size, so we deliver exactly what is really needed.

  • In agriculture the needed droplet size is between 100 – 300 um. Above 300 um size the drops will flow off the leaves. Below 100 um size the droplets will be released into the atmosphere.
  • Droplet size between 50-60 um is suitable for pest control.

About 50% of the droplets will be within the desired size range, the remaining 50% being either too small or too large.

Too large droplets flow off the plant and too small droplets are released into the atmosphere.

THE IMPORTANCE OF DROP SIZE DURING SPRAYING

How big area can we cover with a unit of one drop?
It is visible that by reducing and controlling the size of the droplets we are able to cover a much larger area with a unit of water. By halving the size of the droplets, we achieve eight times higher area coverage.

The spray system is very accurate and allows remote spraying. It can be used for different application such as Agriculture, roof and wall cleaning, and several kind of surfaces.
